This site is dedicated to our feline family which has given us, and continues to give us, unlimited love, intense joy and pure everyday inhappiness...

Over the past 35 years we have, inevitably, lived some difficult times when some of our feline friends passed away. This site is also a celebration of the time they spent with us.

While we are still waiting for the birth of our new Serval companion, we would like to present Peekaboo, our recent addition. He is a Siamese Red Point from an Ottawa cattery siameseparadise.ca. He has the same father but not the same mother as Baba and Moka.

ODE TO OUR DEPARTED FELINE FRIENDS

And God asked the feline spirit
“Are you ready to come home?”
“Oh yes, quite so” replied the precious soul,
and, as a cat, you know I am able to decide
most things for myself...
“Are you coming then” asked God.
“Soon”, replied the whiskered angel
but I must come slowly for my human friends are troubled,
for you see, they need me quite considerably.
“But don't they understand” asked God
“that you will never leave them?
That your souls are intertwined for all eternity,
that nothing is created or destroyed.
It just is... forever and ever and ever”.

“Eventually they will understand”
replied the glorious cat,
“for I will whisper into their hearts
that I am always with them”.

“I just am... forever and ever and ever.”
